Speeding operations

Good afternoon,

In conjunction with the Police's annual drink/drug driving campaign members of the Blackburn Neighbourhood Policing Team are deploying to certain areas in Blackburn with the speed gun to monitor traffic speed. Several section 59 tickets and speeding fines have already been issued to drivers who were ‘clocked’ using the speed gun. 

If you need to report speeding you will need to go online and go to the Lancashire Road Safety Partnerships website where you can report your concerns. Your report will then go into their data base and if there are several complaints the area will be looked at and the Neighbourhood team gets deployed with the speed gun to check the area. Thank you.
